Due to the growing demand for large-diameter GRP tanks and vessels, GCER recently expanded its production capacity with the construction of a new boiler-making workshop. This workshop, with a surface area of 3,400 m² and a hook height of 16 meters, is equipped with the latest technology to meet market needs with efficiency and precision.
GCER's boiler-making workshop is equipped with two overhead cranes, each with a lifting capacity of 20 tonnes, as well as two filament winding lines. This equipment enables GCER to produce up to two shells a day, ensuring high-quality production of storage tanks with diameters ranging from 2,000 mm to 7,000 mm.
GCER is firmly committed to complying with the most stringent environmental and safety standards. With this in mind, the company has invested in two VOC extraction units and industrial dust extractors. These installations guarantee a healthy working environment for its employees while minimizing environmental impact.
To optimize production and improve efficiency, GCER has planned to manufacture flat and domed bottoms in the same workshop. This process integration reduces unnecessary handling and ensures better manufacturing quality.
