Processes available for plastic piping

Different processes are available in terms of blueprints and analyses for the development and assembly of plastic and thermoplastic piping systems.

Blueprint with each order

A blueprint is sent with each order, for you to indicate in plan and cross-sectional views the location of each fitting you request (manhole, tappings, supports etc.) and for you to approve the order.

Blueprint for construction request

A blueprint for specific assembly upon request can be done for each order. GCER can build parts following your own blueprint. All you need to do is to send back to us the approved blueprint before the plastic pipes and thermoplastic elements are manufactured.

Blueprint with customer code

GCER design its plans using YOUR own coding system. With this method, it is possible to produce parts based on recurring plans.

Stress analysis and FEM analysis

At your request, GCER conducts FEM analysis on metallic or fiberglass parts that are part of or attached to tanks, piping and metallic structures. Building plans are done by CAD. Calculation reports  and dimensioning calculations follow international standards and software such as:
